Definitely neck / shoulders. I have this weird phobia where I don't like anyone touching or going near my neck (it's probably some sort of psychological issue XD) but when they kiss it..ahh. Do want.

I love the chivalrous hand kiss. It's not something I think the typical guy would think to do. I also find the forehead kiss very comforting.

Aww, pretty much everywhere. ^^ The forehead, the nose, that spot behind the ear, the shoulders, the abdomen *was tempted to say 'tummy'*, the small of my back (though I'm ticklish). Hm... I guess those are my most beloved.
