I have identified as an ENFP for as long as I've followed Socionics, but have found traits of an ESFP appropriate and recently have taken a test that declared me an ESFP. I'm reading both description types and both apply! :whoa: Can you help me identify the distinguishing factors between these two types, please?? <3

1) As you experience the world, do you feel like your mind is usually generating ideas at every turn, making connections and playing with concepts without much effort on your part? If yes, you're probably enfp. If not...do you feel as if your natural state is to absorb the world "raw", just living in the moment and enjoying what exists? if this applies more you're probably esfp

2) Do you need a lot of alone time? esfps tend to full their lives up with social interaction and events and dates while enfps like to spend a good amount of time alone. Both are still energized by social contact though!

3) Are you good at sports, specifically dance? The esfps I know tend to be really well coordinated and into stuff like that, while the enfps I know are chronically clumsy, myself included.

4) Do you tend to be more aware of your surroundings, or in your head? esfps generally pay attention to what's around them a lot more than enfps

that's about all i can think of off the top of my head - both types are really similar! hope I helped :D
