If INFPs ruled, the world would be a safe and comfortable place for all types, including ESTJs, since our goal would be to help each individual reach his or her full potential. In the ESTJ world, however, only other SJ types fit comfortably, and the rest of us spend our lives struggling and suffering, trying to avoid being crushed in its cogs.

Again I think this bung. I know a couple unhealthy INFP who might blow up the world if they had the means. At my work alone I know 5 ESTJ in my small division. They are not overbearing in the least. They are patient and efficient, they just speak their mind. They don't live to crush people as you seem to think. Why do you have such a Utopian view of a world under INFP? I am an SP and I love being crushed under their cogs. Sure I have a difference in opinion sometimes, but I don't take it personally. Maybe that is your problem. Maybe you take every slight or disagreement to heart. Good managers can't take stuff to heart all the time or they won't make it.

I guess we just define "good" differently, because I would want a manager to be sensitive and empathetic above all else.

How come ENFJs are at the bottom of the list? I'm a little surprised ENFJs aren't considered much as bosses. I can understand why INTPs and INFJs are at the top of the list because I too was an INTJ and still have that side of me. But I thought ENFJs were natural leaders. When I go out with my friends I find myself always leading the activities and coming up with the ideas, and everyone simply follows and we end up having a really good time. As long as everyones happy, thats all that matters. Apparently, Ronald Reagan was an ENFJ and he wasn't too bad as a President.
