Props to ESFJ's

Originally this thread was about an issue I am having with a friend who I belive is an ESFJ. However, I am sick of it now. So what up ESFJ's? I dig you guys. I'm an ENFJ. You guys are like us but you notice stuff in your immediate environment. ;)

I don't mean to derail... but hasn't there been an exact topic like this already?

Anyway.

I don't think that this has anything to do with type - your friend might be going through troubles herself, just as you are. The important thing is to not let the situation take control over you, and to try to solve it in a rational way. Have you asked your friend why she was disrespectful to you? Maybe her way of acting out those troubles was through you, at an unfortunate place at an unfortunate time.

Friendship might not be possible at this stage, as you've refused an offer she made to continue the friendship over e-mail. I'm not saying this decision was wrong, but she may take any effort on your part as 'beating a dead horse'.

Yes, I did post something similar to this in the ENFJ forum. However, when your best friend that is healthy and 29 years old unexpectedly dies in her sleep it makes you take inventory of your friends. I am trying to figure out if there is anything I can do to the resolve the situation. I figured I'd ask ESFJ's what they think, and then I'd move on.

Also, I have tried to call her and talk to her about the situation, rationally. I don't know how else I can resolve the situation? However, she doesn't return my phone calls. The only communications I have gotten from her in the past 6 months was the angry voicemail and the follow up "email friend" email. It's cute, and rather ironic how T's assume we F's do everything irrationally. ;)

I didn't mean to say you were acting irrationally at all -- and I apologize if it was taken that way.

Try e-mailing her, if you haven't. I haven't much advice after that, but hopefully your original intent of this topic will be realized and several ESFJs can relate their specified knowledge.
