Hello, I am a random loser who stumbled upon this site in a Google search. I was interested in meeting other types of people. I assume you'd like a brief bio:
Now as an INTJ, I've been defined as extremely cynical. I really dislike human life in its entirety and think the world's corruption comes from it's addiction to instant gratification. In fact, you can find a discussion on my views here [apparently I cannot post links yet. >____>
You can find it if you go legendoflegaia (with a .net in the end) and search Personality and click the thread titled Personality types. The discussion is on the fourth page. If you're lazy, however, you can wait for me to post another 10 times. But a brief description of my views are in the answers below if you seek an instant source of information.]
I'm a Moderator there (named Redhollowlives999) discussing some psychology with a pal of mine (an INFP). -I apologize in advance for the wording errors, most of our discussion happen very early in the morning EST and I'm usually very tired by then.-
Now I know we as INTJ don't really like our inner worlds being intruded, but as a natural scientist, I'm curious as to what others are thinking about and how they process things. So I'm willing to spill a tad about what goes on in my mind in exchange for some things about your minds. Other types other than INTJ are welcome to answer, but these are made more for our kind.
Q1. If you had to choose either living in the external world and living in your mind or a dream world, which would you choose?
A: Personally, I'd pick the mind/dream world in a heartbeat. Even now I prefer to be alone at home than anything else.
Q2. What exactly goes in your head? Do you simply think over theories or do you review past events and calculate how they will affect you later? (you can be as vague as you want.)
A: I tend to talk to other voices in my head. I discuss theories with them, I argue with them, or simply have a casual conversation with them. It can range really to anything from politics to astronomy to a simple revision on how my day played out, in case I missed anything important. I've decided to simply call them Alter Egos to avoid confusing people when I do eventually talk to them about it. As it stands, I have 2 active voices, and a third one that is like... non existent. I can give a brief description of each of them if you please.
Q3. How do you usually manage to deal with Extroverts or fun-loving "act without thinking" types that don't know when to silence themselves? What are your methods do avoid dealing with them?
A: I have little to patience with Extroverts that act this way. Their irrationality can get on my bad side. I either get really angry and leave or try my hardest to sound them out by listening to music or going into my inner world. Usually the people there manage to calm me down well enough (or at least 2 of them do).
Q4. What's your opinion on Emotions? Do you find them annoying? Overused? Or do you simply not understand the way they are used in the modern era?
A: As that link already explained, I find them unnecessary and a burden. They're overused WAY too much in today's times and thus have lost the purpose to their true meaning. Which I believe is to strengthen certain actions and etc.
tl;dr, they have the potential to be powerful, but humans today have no true control over it- thus it's just hindering true growth.
Q5. If you could have 3 super powers, what would they be?
A: I'd prefer:
I hope to stay here for as long as possible and to make new allies. Also is anyone here a SNSD/GG fan?
- I'm a 17 year old Hispanic male living in NYC by the name of Jorge Reyes.
- I enjoy writing, drawing, playing music, Psychology, Astronomy, Soccer, and other things I'm too lazy to mention.
- I am a proud INTJ.
- I am also dumb and have the IQ of 12.

A: I'd prefer:
- Mind-Reading.
- Teleportation (or I guess Instant Transmission for DBZ fans)
- This can be anything- I don't care. Flight sounds nice atm.
I hope to stay here for as long as possible and to make new allies. Also is anyone here a SNSD/GG fan?
