    Personality Cafe Forum Trends.

Sometimes forums seem to be getting better and sometimes they seem like they're really going downhill. So what do you think are the trends for PerC?

I'd say March 2010 marked the month of multiple accounts and banning of said accounts by swift moderator action. What trends do you see occurring with PerC?

I've noticed that mods and the forum owner are participating in threads with the rest of us. :)

Hm, well Google Trends (link) indicates the following:
    - Most PC forumers also go to Facebook
    - Many PC forumers also go to YouTube
    - INTJforum.com and INTPcentral.com are also popular sites to cross-visit.

Alexa.com (link) has PerC ranked as the 64,585th most popular website in the world and 22,840th most popular site in the United States.

Also, searches for "Catherine Wayne" aka Boxxy rank as the fourth most popular result which leads to PerC (which is how I found it :D).

Ahem, perhaps unrelated to Boxxy, this site seems to be rapidly increasing in popularity, so congrats PC!

Along the analytical line, I'd be curious as to what the join rate is for males vs females. I believe that right now there are about an even number of males to females, but it would be interesting to see what past trends look like. :D

I remember when I first came here.... there was bigger balance with the types.... kind of sounds like I am talking about the force. I think the downfall of that INFP site... i forgot the name.....I think that downfall created a disturbance in the force. Now all the INFPs come here. I miss the balance though. Not that I don't love myself.... meaning infps.

That's both interesting and terrifying at the same time. I'm not opposed to data mining so much as I don't like my browsing habits being constantly tracked.

That would be a neat inquiry, but how would you get the data? :)

I love infps! Too bad they were kicked off of their globle chatter site. I kind of liked that site. :\
