1 t shirt, 1 pair of jeans, a change of underwear, a jacket and a comfortably sized backpack to fit your towel, toothbrush and a few luxuries into

travel lite or go home. also, consider cooking when possible to cut down on costs, and appreciate that you can slum it quite easily when everything you need can be packed up in seconds and carried around without issue

1 bottom, 3 tops, enough underwear for the week, one pair of comfortable shoes. All beauty needs can be accommodated with a toothbrush, small bottle of coconut oil and a microfibre cloth, good for makeup removal, cleaning, moisturising.

Long distance meaning what exactly? Hiking and camping out long distance? Getting on a plane and going to a different climate long distance? If you're staying in hotels you don't need to pack half as much as backpacking so yeah more details would be helpful.

    What type of traveling?

    Staying in a hotel?
    Hiking, camping, back packing?
    Long car or plane ride?
    What activities will you do?

You better be blasting some brutal shit in that stereo/headset. Otherwise you're going to fall asleep.

Mors Principium Est and Debauchery should be enough but if you need more hair raising, super saiyan inducing, mind warping, quantum phasing, faster-than-light speed brutality... just let me know. It's like crack without the negative effects.

People might be dead by the time you're done though... but that's okay. I've got something for 'em.

Buy a one way ticket, don't plan anything and see where it takes you.

Pack your own vitamin C (preferably the real thing from acerola berries, not synthetic). A scarf used as an accessory + blanket. Your own teas (add to hot water). $ave money by eating healthy like fruits in the morning to keep your stomach full of fiber and alkalized. Ditch the carbs, as they will get you hungry. A jar of peanut butter for the extra boost of protein +omegas can help with mood from sleep deprivation and jet lag.

Layer your clothes & pack lightly! Best travels are spontaneous and don't require too much to carry!! K.I.S.S.

Travel is the bane of travel. (Whut?)

If you go on a vacation, arrange it so you don't spend most of your time in a car going from place to place.
Also -- you can save a LOT of money by buying / bringing an ice chest or similar, and buying food from local grocery stores (ask the hotel clerks or other locals -- people love to talk about their home towns. Also, it helps in general if you mention what area of the country you are from: finding you have lived the same place as someone else makes for a good "instant-bond" and breaks the ice for further conversation, asking directions, what have you.)
