I related most to the INFJ recommendations. love playing DAI and the Sims!

    The ISFP one was ...meh

My favourate type of games are RPGs and story driven games. They're kind of games that make me want to sit for hours and indulge myself in it's world of characters and lore, especially after a really long, exhausting day. Anything by Bioware, Zelda, The Witcher, or Final Fantasy.

Also like Fighting and FPS games that have a huge range of characters. Smash Bros and Overwatch are the most addictive games that I will never get bored of as long as I'm matched against other players of equal skill levels.

I should really play League of Legends, but it probably couldn't run on my PC.

Well, I'm an INFJ and that article says I'm supposed to like story-driven games and yes I do. It's even more funny to me that they would list the Sims because that's THE game I've played all my teenage years, like hundreds of hours.

    INTP-854

RPG, Adventure, Puzzle and Indie games of these genres.

Growing up with failing grades due to having no interests in academics, I kept my Ti satisfied with games that consisted of 60% reading and 40% strategy (many of these games took 40+ hours to complete).

LOL, try two. You-know-who was doing a pretty good job kicking my butt before I got to him.

The games I'm into seems to fit ENTP. I love action games, but I love roleplaying games even more. And if they're both of course I'll be a sucker for it. Open world too since I like to explore, but I HATE grinding for items and crafting stuff as it gets boring and repetitious quickly.

I liked Alpha Protocol(Spy espionage rpg), Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Saints Row series, even WWE games where I do character creator. I adore character creators and can spend hours making characters. It's both a factor of ENTP and being a 4 double the creativity type I think.

The only game on the INFP list I like is Portal 2. I prefer games like ICO.

    I like MMORPG, strategy.

Agree or disagree with this article? If know your personality type and mention a few of favourite games or gaming genres would help. Just found.

Personally prefer more solo rpg/adventure games... Non linear with story. Ie liked skyrim and have played that game for many hours without ever advancing the main quest much, just love to explore. Love the myst series similarly, just explore and understand the game world. Similar with real life.. Puzzle games too like portal series. Linear games too i like as advance the plot. So mainly story for me and exploring aspects. Not into online play. Tomb raider series like too.
I agree to an extent. However, I tend to gravitate towards the genres listed in all of the NT category - RPGs, action RPGs, sandboxes, SciFi FPS, strategy/building, and by extension, some out of that temperament. Here is my ever-changing top 10 favorite games list, in no particular order:

    1.) Final Fantasy VII
    2.) Skyrim
    3.) Sim City 2000
    4.) Overwatch
    5.) Mass Effect 2
    6.) Super Mario World
7.) Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
    8.) Halo 4
9.) Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
    10.) Portal 2

ENTP, but perhaps I'm more of an outgoing introvert.
