INFP vs INTP How can I tell difference?

I took the test two times and results were always INFP with F for 60%.
When I was reading it I was feeling like that I do not belong into this category, cause of how "merciful" this type was described, but after some time I've come up with it and I was sure that im INFP.
Yesterday I randomly readed characteristics for INTPs and I was shocked how close It was to me.
So now Im pretty confused which type I am.
I searched how to tell difference on google, but while reading it I figured out I can pretty much relate to both of this types in some ways.
I myself would say I'm more of an INFP, but i would like to have things clear.
So I wanna ask you for some help? :p

INTPs and INFPs have different problems. Read the recommendations for each type.

The typical difference is in your answer to a question. Imagine a situation where you would say (or have said) "that's wrong". What's the first thing that comes to your mind?

Mostly, I imagine friends who are proposing me to do some morally bad things with them.. :p
Like to go smoke pot or something..
On the other side if it sounds like its fun, I would probably go with them even if I know its bad.

INTP:s needs the world to make logical sense to them. Their most important mental process is trying to make logical sense out of everything (called Ti). INTP:s are not well in-tune with social norms or group ethics (called inferior Fe), why they sometimes can come across as a little de-sync or awkward, even if they don't mean to be.
Accurate INTP archetypes from fiction: Neo (Matrix), Yoda (Starwars ep. 4-6)

INFP:s needs to make decisions that feels right to them and are true to how they are as people. Their most important mental process is internal morals (called Fe). INFP:s are not well in-tune with go-getting or achieving goals in live (called inferior Te), why they sometimes are too procrastinating and can struggle with getting things done in life.
Accurate INFP archetypes from fiction: Frodo Baggins (LotR), Luke Skywalker (Starwars)

And INTPs do not have this characteristic? If not, I can pretty much say I'm INFP..

It depends on the INFP. They're not as strong at go-getting/goal achievement/structuring a plan, as a TJ type would be. The best types at this are ENTJ and ESTJ (who have problems with their inner feelings, an area where INFP is a master).

I just came home from the bar, drinking beer with one of my best friends who is a self-identified INFP (and I identify him as INFP). We talked deeply. And I gave him some kind advice to make a plan of how to achieve his goals and like a check-list. I would give the advice with the greatest care, as I understand and respect the beautiful and sensitive nature of INF types so only as much as he is comfortable with. He really liked that and thanked me afterwards for it.

You know yourself, if you truly feel that you're an INFP, then I also believe that you are.

    If we're going by stereotypes....
    INFP: art, poetry, nature, "emo."
    INTP: science, math, technology, "nerd."

Yeah, that's the F answer. To contrast: I can't even recall the last time I used it that way. My go-to "that's wrong" is a factual error someone made -- a mistake in a calculation, assembling something the wrong way etc.
