For people asking to be typed, please read this!

The people who are knowledgeable about socionics are not as easy to come by as with Jung/the MBTI, so if your questionnaire is overlooked it is not because we do not care about you; we just don't have the time and patience to sift through several questionnaires everyday, as there are more people asking to be typed than there are typers that are able to type them. This is particularly true in socionics.

A few things to keep in mind when wanting to be sociotyped:
    1. Be mindful which questionnaire you pick, as it is much easier for us typers to go through the shorter ones compared to the 80q, and while the 80q is all cool and grand because it's 80qs, remember that internet users have shorter attention spans. If it's not read, it may be useful to try to answer a shorter one.
    2. Do try to answer the questions that are present as thoroughly as possible and see the questions as an opportunity for introspection. We can do the work and type you, but the less information we have to work with, the more difficult it is for us to come to a meaningful conclusion about who you are.
    3. If no one is paying attention to your questioinnaire, it may be useful to mention some of the more prominent typers in the socionics subforum.

As a last resort, you can also book a time with me for a video chat, and you can do it here, and we will have a type interview where I will help to offer an opinion on your type:

I did the MBTI ones a lot so, if people happened to recognize that then I would see why they wouldn't really indulge in those threads. But I haven't really tried the socionics one more than twice, and I only got one answer. I may do the shorter one some time soon though and see if that works.

Well, you are such an obvious Ti-Ne type so it's INTP and LII pretty much. I doubt I would come to a different conclusion going through your q.

I'm actually looking for an answer to that...
I'm very new here and I need help with all of this. My first post was asking a question about how do I answer this but no one has replied to me, I know that there are a lot of people that enter this website often and prefer not to help the new guys like me but, if anything, help me out with this.

    thanks

I don't understand the problem... how do you answer it? Start thread, copy/paste questions, insert answers below?

But perhaps a relevant question for newbies is: how long should we wait before giving up on a questionnaire? I did the 80q and it's had a bunch of hits and not a word in the thread besides mine...

I think some of the questions I gave more revealing answers to, so I will probably just shorten it myself. But I don't want to have two active threads at once
