THE feely JUDGES with Ti and Ni HAVE ARRIVED! RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Balance is what a maturing ENTP is aspiring for. With balance comes enlightenment.

With that stated I must on a daily basis question my own external intuition driven ego mania. I must also control my depth and desire to drop people down into a layer of sharing which is close to the core of me. I must understand my needs, qualify the individual (this can be through many different ways) before I share my depth of self. To avoid this leads to external intution driven mania. I am starting to realize this.

Fighting for the balance and control within myself is all I can do... I cannot control the world around with ego.

@Georgii and @Goodewitch ... you both inspire me so much I just want to say thank you.

Reality is I know nothing... All I can know is self and question with joy and thoughtfulness the wonders around me.

@MoonLight Oh I see how it is... who's the ones getting who to lighten up now? I'mma have to raise you one as well...

This video provides me much entertainment and a bit less cutsie. It also illustrates the need for effective communication and the need for problem resolution. Simple words can be misinterpted in the world of ENTP... Admittedly this man could not be an ENTP. You'd need to have a brain to realize you are about to get your ass kicked.

Head to mark the occassion...
 <--- It is as though the eyeball has left the socket and teeters on the very brink of existence

Memorable quotes:
"This ol' man'll whoop yo ass!"
"Say it again PINKIE! SAY IT AGAIN!"
"awww Lawwddd have meerrrccyyy!!"
"ewww... he leakin'!!!"
"That man is on some kinda dope!"
"Bring a ambalance... bring a ambalance"

Memorable looks:
The girl in the leotard-spandex number wondering how she can escape the environment quickly... slightly interested with the twitching of her nails contemplating "should I get away or stay... that is the question... listen for the signs... be prepared to leap like a gazelle... look as though I am not listening... yes I have my earphones on... I'll just take a gander... oh wow... hmmm..."

His arrogance in "bad-ass" lead to a grade a "ass-whippin"... his external intuitions of the matter had him "thinking"... now he is stuck "feeling".

As far the topic of ENTP arrogance goes: I shake my head.

Anyone can be arrogant (I fall under the trap at times or at least the perception from others)

It takes an outside the little structure box to have deep rooted confidence. Surface confidence even to the point of arrogance is easy. Holding on to inspiration and not following the structure of life is the challenge.

EDIT: WOW spelling errors :(

I'm going on a rant here. I'd say we're perceived as arrogant because we develop our own opinions. We don't give value to people's beliefs when it's passed down to them and certainly we'll not say something they want to hear. Me and my ENTP friend when we went out, we went out to demoralize people lmao at least we'd joke about it. So yeah we're the visionaries and arrogance is part of it bc we transcend the stereotypes of the day and create new ones.

Peace out!

I don't think what people see as arrogance in us is really that. If you mess a SJ's sock drawer up they'll get passionately anal about it. They worked hard to sort those colors and make sure the socks that are the most worn are in the back. Don't screw with their passion.

Being right is our passion, that and knowing something first and coming up with a better way to do things. It's our sock drawer. We're proud of it and if you mess with it watch out....

Honestly the NT arrogance doesn't bother me that much. What I hate seeing is when they put down other people and make them think they're stupid or incompetent. Lots of potential wasted because some asshat snatched the project right out their hands or told them their ideas were stupid and that they're stupid for having entertained them.

Have you never seen the upper left corner of my bedroom? It's Mt. Sweaterest. My Chow Chow dog loves napping on it, especially when I turn on the heater right next to it. x)

Does irritation that people around me are being stupid count as being arrogant? I always thought that was just called using my brain. ;)

I enjoyed reading that. Thank you.

Back to the topic of arrogance... I need to watch out for this in myself and for a good reason. I network with a lot of people in my industry. I keep in touch with some of the of the top sales reps in my industry. A lot of them make shit tons of money and have the ego to go with it. Some of them are also pretty damn arrogant.

I'm starting to see hints of making far more money than I would know what to do with ... probably sooner rather than later. Making sure I don't become overly-arrogant is going to be a challenge since I know I have that potential in me. My mouth is already hard to keep shut as it is.

I'm thinking starting a charity or something like that will help.

A stereotypical feature of every ENTP is some sort of deeply seeded arrogance.

I do feel that I have this inside of me, however at the same time I have a very contradictory sense that arrogance is just....funny. Yeah, FUNNY! Funny in that it sounds ridiculous.

In this vein, I will often act arrogant just out of the pure fun of knowing how stupid it sounds. Picasso is a great artist? I taught him how to paint. Leonardo a great inventor? He copied my blueprints. Carl Lewis a great runner? I'm his personal trainer. You say you love a song on the radio? Thank you, I wrote it.

Is this common to ENTPs, or just something I've grown to see out of developing my external feeling? Or is this just something unique to me.
I can really relate to this. I myself have a very eclectic sense of humor and part of that is ridiculously arrogant humor. Growing up a lot of my friends and I shared this common trait. Where most people get annoyed with arrogance, I think it is hysterical. Though not so much when it is actually meant, I suppose.

A lotof smart people just KNOW that they can do stuff. But they never get to the doing part. But they still want the cred for it. That is my interpret of many arrogant ENTP (or other type) posts here.

Do it; you will see that it is both much harder, AND more rewarding than you thought. Prove yourselves.
I couldn't agree more. A lot of people think "I could" = "I have" and therefore want the credit for it. This I find quite annoying. There is a difference between potential and accomplishments. A lot of people have potential in a given area, not so many people have accomplishments. This goes for the people that plan to become Green Berets one day and think they should be treated like a Green Beret despite not actually being one yet and most likely never becoming one, to the high school senior planning on becoming a doctor and acting like they deserve respect and have some type of "innate" medical knowledge.

LOL, I love George Carlin, I'm so sad he pasted away. :(

Here we go ENTP meets INFJ.

ENTP: "Lead, follow, or get out of the way."
INFJ: "I abstruct"

Made it! *plants INFJ flag* :p

@the3rdpower Nice analysis, yeah ENTPs will piss the other person off if they want to but will avoid getting beaten to a pulp especially with revenge schemes, simple diabolical lol :p Hmm, I don’t see anyone helping the bleeding guy though (INFJ perspective now).

The blond young woman in the background seems like she is watching a very exciting scene from her favorite soap opera.
“I can take 20 of those” he means the slaps, can you huh? Can you?!

This should be from now on how to measure the manliness of men.

Most people seem entranced by the whole thing, just watching. The old man just snapped after what seemed like pulling on her clothes to get her to stop.

Lol tennis anyone?

Those fights are just messed up. The only ones I have witnessed are verbal matches in traffic.
-----------------------------------------------

On a serious note

Arrogance (in the way I described it) can be seen as a kind of excess. I think achieving balance is important because excess a person gets invested in it and has too much of it and little of everything else but if one has balance between things then he/she can have a good amount of very many things. Well, maybe ENTPs will not agree with me. In the end, people like different things.

Modified the3rdpower version:

ENTP: Go as you will as you want
INFJ: I'll THINK about following...

Never suprises me that when you do not have a desire to control with the ego people simply just enjoy coming along for the ride.

Obvious NF... she's veryyy concerned...

But the excess makes us so alluring to the eyeball!
I do tend to agree... achieving balances and understanding of self (abilities and shadow) seems logically like it would lead to transcendence.

You are full of shit!

Think of it this way...at work, I try to hit home runs everyday. Sometimes I only hit singles and doubles...sometimes I hit foul balls or strike out...but every once in a while, I knock one over the fence and as I am circling the bases I ususally have a smile on my face.

Over the past 6 months or so, I have been on fucking fire. I am batting a thousand and some people just can't handle it. They think I'm an arrogant prick and why? I'm not celebrating excessively or talking too much shit. I'm just doing the best that I can and doing it with pride.

Personally, I think the people that think I'm arrogant are either jealous or just miserable in the own lives and can't stand the idea that someone is making a difference and having fun in the process.

By-the-way, I was kidding about you being full of shit. I think you make a valid point. No one likes to have their nose rubbed in it and caring/compassion goes a long way.
Sports analogies?! S type.. but there are so many swear words and elitism. Okay, you're ENTP. I think even your confidence can be a game.. the best way to troll yourself is to believe every word you say.
