Shame this thread hasn't gotten any replies so far. I'm interested on people's takes, especially now Season 1 is done and the Season 2 Pilot has been shown.

My thoughts on the Ghost's crew:

Ezra Bridger: ENFP

Dominant Ne and Auxiliary Fi, definitely. He's all ideas, outside-the-box thinking, rather impulsive and contrary, and his approach to everything is creative > traditional (see his lightsaber!) He's strongly rooted in a personal rather than external sense of morality, and struggles with his conscience. He's also prone to moodiness and brooding, though he's generally more externally-focused on perceptions than on reflection. Tertiary Te makes him argumentative and combative at times, and Inferior Si embodies the shadow of his past - his parents - which he has trouble coming to terms with.

Kanan Jarras: ISTP

Tricky one, Kanan. But I think - like the great Han Solo himself - Kanan is ISTP. He struggles in a leadership role, usually deferring to Hera. He's unsure how to go about teaching Ezra, and generally wings his instruction. He is very true to himself, though displays fierce loyalty to those few close to him (as in common in I*TPs.) I'm going Dominant Ti (personal reflections, internal consistency of ideas) and Auxiliary Se, as Kanan is far more rooted in the physical world than, say, the quirkier Ezra. He gives the impression of having struggled with Jedi philosophy before now ("I.. don't know what it means. But Master Yoda used to say it all the time..")

Sabine Wren: ESTP

She has to be an Artisan at the very least. Dominant Se keeps her attention on making things and painting, forever she's looking at some project to work on, be it with art of weaponry. Her decision-making comes from Auxiliary Ti; it's not a matter of personal morality for her but personal judgement and she comes to conclusions in a quite detached and matter-of-fact way. She sees the moral issues with the Empire with her Tertiary Fe, but they are by no means what guide her in what she does.

Hera Syndulla: ISFJ

What else could the ships's "mother" be? Maybe ESFJ, but Hera is far more reflective, a solid Si-Fe combo. As the only Judger on board, she's the glue that binds the crew together and ensures that there's at least the outline of a plan going forward. Unlike Kanan, who chafes under too much structure, Hera seems happy to join the larger Rebellion, guided when it comes to making the choice by her Auxiliary Fe: it's the right thing to do!

Zeb Orellios: ESFP

Zeb and Ezra clash at first, perhaps largely due to their similar personalities. But where Ezra is far more an individual, outside-the-box actor, Zeb - a former member of the Lasat Honour Guard - has a more grounded, less complicated external perspective. Zeb's Dominant Se means likes straight forward action and isn't an ideas man, he'd sooner just be told what to hit. His Auxiliary Fe shows in his volatility/sensitivity, especially when to comes to the principles he learnt as a guardsman being violated. Like all members of the Ghost (bar Ezra), Zeb's Fe guides his moral aversion to the Empire.
