Yeah its an amazing show. My favorites are Mac and Charlie. What about you?
Dennis: ESTP (delusional narcissist)
Mac: ExFP (narcissist but more self conscious than Dennis)
Frank: ENTJ (the only organized one that can keep them on track)
Dee: ENTP?
Charlie: ISFJ?
The show is hilarious. The way all the characters fit in together is perfect. The last season sucked but the first 5 are gems.

I was trying to hold off on typing them because I don't think I'm all that great at typing people but if I had to guess:
Mac: ESTP
Charlie: ISFP
Dee: ENTJ
Dennis: ENTJ
Frank: ESTP
@Ambiguous: I just started watching this season and I liked it so much that I bought all 5 other seasons on dvd. I just finished the 4th season today. The episode where they do the Nightman play made me laugh harder than any other single tv episode I've ever seen. Its awesome.
Delusional? Narcissist? ESTPs are neither of those. He is deluded about his self-image and importance, N. S's are of the moment, what is factual and concrete. He is not so. I would say J, because he likes to lead the group. He seems himself as their leader.

I was thinking ESTP because of him caring about his external image and wanting to look like a model all the time. But that is likely Se with ENTJs have as well so I can see what you mean. Most ESTPs I've met like to be the leader in some sense but I can see ENTJ also.
I know an ENTJ (family member), female, but she puts so much worth on her physical appearance. She demands control too, my family just goes with it.
I'm an ESTP so that's why I don't see him as one. I don't focus on my external image, I'm more about what's going on rather than myself. Mac and Frank seem like ESTPs to me. They seem to act in the moment and are willing to experience new things. Mac with the tranny and Frank with all the weird things he's into (that orgy group).

Yes. I know it's a stretch, but I personally haven't thought of another type that would fit him better. He's hard to understand and I relate that to INFJs. I think he has some form of Fe. Maybe because he reminds me of my INFJ friend quite a bit.

I thought that Dennis was an ENTP at first, but after realizing that he likes to make plans, charts, and even has his own carefully thought out and "foolproof" system for seduction, I think he is an ENTJ Not to mention that he must always be in control has delusions of grandeur (which is an exaggerated stereotype of ENTJs)

A couple more reasons I see Frank as an INFJ is because he has used Se often in times of stress and though I can't recognize any signs of obvious Ni, he comes off very introverted/intuitive/feeling and I can't see him as an INFP.
Even Mac I've had a hard time typing. I've went back and forth between ESFP and ESFJ (due to his traditional views and ideas), but I think ESFP suits him better.

Mac: ENFP There's something about his mannerisms that screams intuitivist. I can't get over it. I'm positive on EXFP, at least.
Frank: ESFP To me, E, S and P were obvious. The F sorta comes in how he plays himself up quite a lot. He's moved by flights of spontaneous feeling, it seems.
Dee: ESTP She's reminiscent of Chelsea Handler. Dee is just ESTP. She just is. lol
Dennis: ESTP -__- He's an overconfident ESTP. Humorous character, but sheesh... lol
