Hector and Lyn from Fire Emblem: Blazing Sword seem like possible ISFPs, though I think Hector is quite likely Se-dom.

Maybe Ike from Fire Emblem as well, though I feel more inclined to him being a Ti-user.

Some people say Link from The Legend of Zelda, but I firmly disagree, because he's entirely detached from any internal thought process. Of course, Link is arguably impossible to type anyway, because he has no personality whatsoever.

Fenris from Dragon Age 2, Garrus from Mass Effect. And maybe Leliana (also DA), not sure what's up with her but it seems like FiNi. But she's unhealthy, and a bit...inconsistently written.

DA also has a lot of ESFPs (Cass, Sera, Isabela).

Cloud from Final Fantasy comes to mind.

I was going to mention that, and I agree with those three. There are many ESFP characters in the Bioware games indeed, and they portray really good examples of the Esfp type. I can add Jack from Mass Effect as another xSFP. I think Leliana is an INTJ in Inquisition however.
