An idea I had which I'm sure has been done in one way or another. I personally think it's pretty intuitive.
I'm still trying to think of the best way to explain it fully in words but.. basically, take your MBTI type and switch the two preferences which are the weakest and you get your subtype.
For me, it's ENTP(ENFJ) since ENTP is my MBTI type and my weakest preferences are T and P and my strongest are E and N, so that makes me an ENTP(ENFJ).
So for ENTPs, there are six subtypes.
ENTP(INFP) - the NP ENTP
ENTP(ENFJ) - the EN ENTP
ENTP(INTJ) - the NT ENTP
ENTP(ESFP) - the EP ENTP
ENTP(ISTP) - the TP ENTP
ENTP(ESTJ) - the ET ENTP
I don't want to distract from the basics by going into descriptions of each subtype but you can get the gist just from the names of the subtypes.
So I'm curious, what's your subtype according to this?
