ENFP because ESFPs are more conventional. And she's very random, can anyone here seriously follow her train of thought? That's heaps of Ne going there. Besides, like the main MLP characters, she's made to solve problems imaginatively.

Although she portrays characteristics of Se and Ne, I voted ESFP due to inferior Ni, and not much sign of inferior Si.

Furthermore, her enneagram 7w6 may make her look more N.

I say FJ, not FP. Watch "A Friend in Deed."
She has a checklist of how to make friends. She made plans of how to become friends with Cranky.

Oh, and I swear she's Fe because 1) she's clearly not afraid to express her feelings and 2) she seems to care more about external harmony than internal harmony.

Unconventional and Imaginative =/= Being an Intuitive or Extroverted Intuition.

I also vote for ESFP. She is certainly aware of her surroundings, and is mostly using her perception to help make the most optimal of parties. I don't really see the Extroverted Intuition's tendency of opportunism in her, neither do I see her making large leaps of making absolutely random connections that seemingly don't link up against each other much. As much as it is just...random ramblings.

She does have that Inferior Introverted Intuition's tendency to be paranoid about the motivations of other people, and her friends whenever she saw what was she perceived to be unfriendly behavior. She's a spastic lunatic, but Pinkie Pie isn't really someone who follows her gut feeling all that much. Which is what being an Intuitive is all about.

She's an ENFP. The random way that she comes up with logic is indicative of Ne. Her logic makes perfect sense to her, but no one else understands it. She knows things before her friends do but she's unable to explain to them why it makes sense to her, like in "swarm of the century".

ESFP's are much more grounded in their logic. They can explain things in a very logical and easy to understand way and they don't make mental leaps.

Hold on, to help my post I'm gonna post this.

My reason for thinking Pinkie is more FJ than FP: Functions. She seems extremely Fe.
She expresses her emotions easily by what I see. Pinkie seems to base her morals off of others rather than herself.
Also, it can't be just me that notices how much she plans her parties, or how she has a checklist for how she becomes friends with everyone (as seen in A Friend in Deed) correct?

It's still a work in progress, but. ~

I wouldn't use the checklist as supporting evidence for what you're trying to suggest. Many people would attribute those types of lists to Te usage. For that matter, that list was comprised of her personal, subjective perception of how to make friends or make them smile or whatevs. The list was her external checking point, but the things on the list were completely subjective ideals that were proven helpful from her past experience. So not only am I suggesting that she seems to be an Fi/Te user in this particular episode, but I'm also suggesting that she may have also relied on Si to come to the conclusion that her method was effective.

That aside, as suggested a few times throughout this thread, her functions seem to switch from episode to episode. More often than not, her processes seem to mostly reflect a tendency towards inferior Ni as opposed to inferior Si.

Meh, I guess I shouldn't try to use the judging functions argument when I can't figure out my own judging functions at the moment. Ha..

ExFP (I lean on N) seems to make the most sense to me. I guess the most controversial part is Fi over Fe. It IS very hard to choose. To any Brony or casual fan out there : What do you think of Pinkie Pie specifically on the subject of Fe vs. Fi? I am almost certain she is a P, yet I have my doubts when it comes to functions.
