I don't know if it's just me, or other INFPs out there... but am I the only one who likes to do this? I mean, stalking/lurking is one of the ways that I could see what the world is doing without having to do too much, or to be involved. It also gives me an opportunity to know others better without having to ask them repetitive questions and such. And sometimes, I could be too quiet and shy to get a chance to know someone better...

.....man, I feel like a creep writing this. =/

I stalk, but at least you can say it's because you don't feel comfortable talking with them despite wanting to know them better...I'm just a creeper :(
lol

It's not surprising, cause I've been known to do the same exact thing. XD There's nothing weird about it, I think. We just get infatuated, and then we deal with our infatuations in different ways.

Don't worry - for me, facebook is one of man's greatest inventions (especially if I have a crush on them!) because can be afraid to talk to someone, but I can go see their favorite music and stuff and learn more about a person. I love people watching in general, too. It's so interesting. I do a lot of observing to figure out how normal people interact and then imitate it. I don't really feel like myself when I do this, though. My best friends are people who I don't have to pretend with.

I do this too, so I guess I'm a stalker.

Ahh, mostly everyone here does the same thing then... All right, nice to know that I'm not the only who does this lol.

Infatuation? Hmm... Yeah I especially do that if I'm interested in somebody and want to get to know them, but then it usually dies off for me...

Yeah! Seriously! Facebook-stalking is NOT stalking. It's public I'm-willing-to-share information. ::cough:: Can you tell I've been called on this one a few times?
Ahaha true, all right.... I'd still call it Facebook Lurking though... which I do too much, along with this site, DA, Flickr... you name it. xD

I internet stalk people also...on the internet, that's sometimes the only way I can find out more about them...in general I just find creeping to be fun!
Plus if they find out you're spying on them, you get the extra added joy of legitimately freaking them out which is always awesome :)

I do that too, it feels like watching fish in an aquarium MUHAHAHAHA don't worry you're just as much of a creep as I am.

Srsly it's relaxing and sometimes someone says something and I think "huh, I never thought of that".

Guilty sometimes haha.
I will have to say that once I uhm..well googled this person's name
I knew:blushed:well I didn't know him persay more
deeply infactuated.THERE WAS NOTHING! I got so angry haha
For days I kept thinking "who doesn't use the internet?"
which only made him more infactuating and more amazing.
haha.

Personally, I'd like to think of it as "research" If I find a topic that is interesting, I'd like to learn more about it. If I find someone interesting (and I don't mean "interesting" interesting, but just someone who piques my interest or fascinates me) I would naturally want to learn more. Asking up front seems too conspicuous and too much of a disturbance to make. I prefer subtlety and not drawing attention to myself. I also just noticed that what I just said could be taken in the wrong context...I'm not a creepy stalker...just a "researcher"
