Seems like a good type for a villain but I can't think of any.

Bane, Deathstroke (if you want to think of him as a bad guy), basically anyone with a skull-like mask... Locus from Red vs Blue, Crossbones, me.

Another edit:

The ISTP are more like antiheroes, they have their own side. They do things they believe are right. Or for money. Someone who is working with both heroes and villains usually betraying them at some point.

I want to argue Bane. I can't really see it. He's just faaaarrrrr too forward thinking. Plans in plans in plans.Too cultish. Deathstroke almost comes off that way, but really has too much variation in presentations.

But hero points for the day for making an RvB ref. Agreed there.

Well, IDR Labs has him as ISTP. & i think he probably was.

Now, a lot of people seem to think he was INTJ. A reasonable judgment on the surface. But, I think if you examine his way of operating, his life, career, etc., it's very clear he was *not* a J.

He comes across as Intuitive because he put *so much* emphasis on ideas, seemingly, such as "innovation" & "blah blah blah."

However, just because somebody ostensibly focuses on *ideas* a lot doesn't mean they're a N.

I'm sure we could argue for days about this, but I'm tired, & there's probably another forum thread on here discussing him at length in which people have made all the points that you & I are bound to make.

Thank you

Maybe not a main villain, she's more like a henchman/minor antagonist but I think that Shupavu the skink from The Lion Guard could be an ISTP. Calm, Quick, intelligent, snarky, showing slight impatience for incompetence. I kind of have mixed emotions about there being many reptillian villains. I mean, they are more competent than the hyenas but it feels like the writers are falling into animal stereotypes. At least they have some crocodile good guys on the show. That's not always the case.

I've seen people type Wormtail from Harry Potter as an ISTP but meh... I think he's more of an ISFx.
