ENFJ's INFP's are both very rare types, and both hard to find. So when an ENFJ-guy/INFP-girl or ENFJ-girl/INFP-guy, -who haven't met before- have a first interaction, it can feel a bit special. (In a way it can be a different experience than experienced with most people, because they're mirrors and both rare types, so don't meet each other often).
What are your experiences about this? How can a first interaction with us INFP's feel?
To give an example myself, about how as an INFP feel when meeting an ENFJ:
Few weeks ago, in class, I passed papers to the guy behind me and at that short moment we just had a ‘click’, just by thanking each other. I found him a surprisingly kind guy. Not that there was something special. But then a week later it happened that we suddenly locked eyes, none of us could look away. It was just so intense.
I really find it an interessting thing. Seem that ENFJ-INFP are both so in tune with their environment and people, so when putting us in room together it may happen that we always pick out each other? Like magnetism? Don't know if it's mutual, but as an INFP -And I've been observing rooms and people my whole damn life- Eye-locking things hardly ever happen when observing, not which such intensity. Because when I cross eyes with a girl or a guy-friend I had friendly interactions before I would just smile to her, or when it was with a boy I'm not attracted to ( = 90% of the guys). I would just glazy look away to avoid intensity.)
What signs would ENFJ-INFP seem to send of when attracted?
I can say, when I know someone else attracted to me it's not difficult for me to notice. I notice it quickly. When I'm not attracted to them I will become a bit curious about them and sometimes I will lay my attention on them for a second as I see them, but, there diffently not in my mind and attention the whole time. At the other hand, when I'm the person who's attracted to someone. I will lay my gaze on them a lot. It's nothing physical. I'm just intruigerd by their soul.
How acts ENFJ's. When you're not attracted to someone: would you look to him/her because you want to know if he/she's looking at you? Or would you try to avoid to look at them? Because you don't want the contact? Or because there other people around and you're attention isn't by him/her the whole time.
When an ENFJ is attracted: do you lay your eyes on that person more? INFP does.
INFP also tries to hide it. When that person would pass me I wouldn't make eye-contact and also INFP wouldn't give that person a smile. This a really 'clue' I guess because I really smile to everyone I'd a talk with before. So when I don't, it's because I know you're attracted to me and I want to avoid you, or it's because I like you and I don't want you to give signs of that. So I think, if you want to know it from an INFP, you just have to watch or you can caught them watching to you. (more than once to know for sure), because when we wouldn't have interested you wouldn't notice that one second we lay attention on you.
So and about ENFJ? What are your signs and clues when well attracted/not attracted? What catches your attention and makes you interest in someone or wanting to avoid someone?
Also I question or you would approach? I wouldn't because I would be fear they would notice and I hate being pushy/clingly, it's a kind of fear of rejection. Do you easily approach? I can approach everyone, except the people I like (even girls/friends: because I'm constantly thinking: oh she's so so nice). Does ENFJ's has that problem to sometimes?
