I agree with Fe... she has that for sure. I can see her oscillate between ENFJ and INFJ

Shes totally an extrovert though,...

What are you people basing this on? Are you taking into account the major possibility that she could pretend to be more extroverted and friendly in interviews because of a public image she has to keep up? I don't think these kind of structured environments give much insight into what she's really like.

Am I the only one who thinks ENxP? I say P since she seems to be keeping things open, as I've heard her say in interviews, and has also said that she "enjoys school, but isn't obsessed" like Hermione is. This would suggest ENTP, since its associated with life-long learning.
But, I agree that its difficult to judge a celebrity on how she appears to the public on interviews and the like.

I have to agree with this completely. I am sure that there are many people who appear extroverted by keeping conversation at topics that provide for little insight into the actual personality or mind of the person. Lets face it, she's constantly in the limelight. Interviews are common, and she has to keep up with the medias expectations of how they see her. Not nessesarly how she sees herself. Therefore we can conclude that based on technicalities it is difficult to correctly type her. We can however type the image we see of her, and the characters which she portrays.

"I've had dark times – this voice in my head that makes me pretty hard on myself," says the Brown University sophomore. "I really don't let anything go. I've been learning that I have to try and be a bit kinder and take care of myself a bit better."

That's easily fixed. Simply agree to type her public image.

This is easily rectified if you just aim to look at the cognitive functions that she is using. Introversion and extroversion are probably the two most insignificant things about typing a person. You simply have to find out what judging functions they are using and what perception they are using. I wouldn't say it's impossibly difficult to find that out.

She seems engaged, off bat I think I could see a case for Fe-Ti. She stops talking midstream and chooses her words carefully, that can be a sign of Introverted Thinking. Comprehensive bigger picture thinking about how grand Harry Potter is as a Franchise for British media. She ellipses her speech and at times kind of jumps from point to point instead of keeping it structured. I could see intuition doing that. She isn't concerned with really giving specifics so much as far reaching statements that can be applied to a whole. She keeps coming back to teamwork and part of the team for her characters virtues which seems Fe. Harry Potter will always be apart of me also seems Fe, defining herself by external standards. She's right on the line of Fe and Ti to the extent that I am not sure which is leading so that makes me think INFJ or ENTP both have access to Ti and Fe. I'm not sure what form of intuition she is using Ne or Ni. I get more Fe from her then anything else though - so I would probably lean more toward INFJ.

She is absolutely not an Fe type so far as I can tell. She's uber self-referencing with feelings, I've noticed (e.g. in some Regis interview I saw, she almost always had to confirm value judgements with herself first, rather than look for reasons to just agree and accept them at face value from Regis and Kelly - her value judgements tend to have like nothing to do with those that others bring up, which makes me think she's an Fi type also, since she's pretty much not contributing to those of anyone else or building off of them in any way - they sort of have a mysterious "where the f**k did that come from" quality about them (this is a major attribute I've noticed about Fi types, where their value judgments can be very detached from anything with relevance to anything in any situation). I would say ENFP (nothing introverted about her either - she has an extraverted silly-switch and exuberance that's pretty consistent, I think from what I've seen of her relative to her other cast mates). I noticed what appears to be clear Ne dominance also - as an Ni dom myself, I don't sense anything Ni about her (not into subjective meaning and paradigmatic intuiting, really - she's more of a random possibilities girl, I think). Also, she functions pretty easily on the spot with intuition, while Ni dominants tend to have a highly withdrawn quality about them in order to get out of the moment (inferior Se) and consult their intuitions.

Latest quotes by Emma from Marie Claire:

Being a perfectionst: "I'm a bit OCD about perfectionism. I'm my own worst critic. I think that's really hard but it also spurs me on."
What's important in her life: "Friends and family come first and work comes second; that's just how I live my life."
Settling into who Emma is: "Now I feel a lot more settled in who I am and what I think and how I want to do things. And because I feel good about what I'm doing, I don't need anyone else to say whether they think it's good or not."

She definitely comes off as 1w2 6w7 3w?, INFJ. But I see some sp/sx in her I think. :] Any thoughts?
