Hello, my brothers and sisters. Just saw the forum and thought I'd drop a post and solicit a response or two. Of course, I'm an ENTJ.
Anybody else have persistent trouble with employment? I'm educated and work in professional roles, so not a low-end type of employment. When I'm hired, I invariably think, "OK, THIS time is gonna be different. I'm just gonna do my job, not get into any pissing contests, and keep my opinions to myself." I show up early, stay late, and accomplish lots while I'm working. Unfortunately, I get into unintentional tangles with usually a long-time fellow employee and its "goodbye, Mr. Ceasar." It has regularly gone from, "we're really glad you're here" one day, to "you're fired" the next. The common denominator is always me, and so I take full responsibility.
Just wondering if anybody else has these types of problems, and how you have broken the cycle? Luckily, I'm very good at getting a job, so never out of work for long, but I'd like to put this shit to rest. I should have stayed in the Army, conquering the Gauls, but that trireme sailed long ago.
I'd love to hear your input,
Julius
