I don't know about Samantha.

 

Johnny - ESTP, he isn't really into the spiritual aspect of Karate, just the physical.
Kreese - ENTJ
Hawk - ESTP
Dimitri - ENTP, talks waaay too much to be an INTP

I was with ENTJ too until season 3. Then we get to see his youth and he doesn't look at all like an ENTJ.
Otherwise I would agree with you. (or it's just inconsistent writing)

Can be, I can see 100% myself as Johnny. In fact, he's the reason I'm watching the show.

 

Haven't seen enough of the recent series to comment on new characters.

I lean towards ISTP because he doesn't rely much on his Fe...in fact that's his whole problem. He just can't get a good use on Fe.

Another thing is his drinking problem. While I won't say an ESTP never drinks alone, this rate of drinking alone doesn't sit well with ESTPs.
It is a typical example of someone who is drinking to escape his feelings (his demon) as opposed to ESTPs who usually drink to have fun.
