Hi, INFJ's.
Just reading the responses here. I'm not an INFJ but my MBTI almost is! Although I am the extroverted version of you guys, I have very reserved emotions when I'm feeling depressed in life. Not even the person closest to me will know my emotion. (I have definitely improved this) I would never say I was a "cutter", but every now and then it was something I dabbled in as a teenager, only when I had a "pop" of emotions. As I matured, I realized that it is an absolutely destructive and irrational way to deal with problems....and although it felt good at the time, when i was happy afterwards I'd be stuck with STUPID scars on my arms...forcing me to remember my sadness. I highly suggest you don't do it, there are MUCH better ways to deal with emotion. My best advice is talking it out, and going out and doing something happy. and DON'T overthink. INFJ's are highly sensitive people, and tend to magnify problems when upset- stop crying your heart out, and face reality- the problem you are facing is TEMPORARY. You will be fine <3
