I'm wondering what Mitt Romney's (the current Republican Party candidate for president of the United States) MBTI type would be.

According to the picture I see from this washington post article it looks like he might be an ENTJ.

What do you guys think?

It seems like he's more Si than Ni. I get the impression that he's just doing what he's been expected to do his whole life, and he has no special, independent dream of his own. If he were president, he'd just hand more power over to corporations. All he seems to care about is business and money.

The thing I notice with a lot of Romney's gaffes are that they are technically correct when you look at it from the theoretical point of view, but just give ammo to the Dems when said. For instance, on his remark about the difference between the prosperity Palestine and Israel being one of Culture. Economically speaking, he is correct, as government structure, stability, structure, allegiances etc are a form of Cultural capital, which have provided some of the starkest differences between the two countries. However, even though it was technically correct, it was as easy to misconstrue as "You didn't build that".

lol

I can't believe the stuff that comes out of his mouth. My favorite gaffes are the ones where he is trying to sound like a "regular guy", but just comes off as a wealthy, condescending jackass. It always reminds me of Ann Richards' comment about George HW Bush. It fits for Mitt, too:

"Poor [Mitt], he can't help it. He was born with a silver foot in his mouth."

Romney might not be quick witted, but calling him a moron is a bit of stretch. The guy is worth over 200 mil, has made a lot of money off calculated investments. He's most likely not an NT though, his personality radiates STJ.

Anyway for all of you trying to go political, do yourselves a favor and don't. I'll troll you so hard you'll wish you didn't say anything. There's a debate forum and a current events forum, go bitch and moan over there.

<3<3 have a great day :)

Don't get me started on this chuckle dick. He used to live a town over from me when I lived in Utah.

He once spoke at my university ... I wish I could get those 45 minutes of my life back.

Completely oblivious to middle class and impoverish families. He assumes everyone comes from money. Religiously self-righteous. Just like most everyone else born and raised in Utah (seriously, I got out as soon as I could).

Let's sum this up. He's an asshole. Period. Regardless of MBTI.

Back to the topic at hand, ESTJ. He doesn't seem to think of the bigger picture IMHO. He's also very traditional...not an outside of the box thinker.

understereotypical mbti "ESTJ", boring extroverted rich man with no originality
Socionics "ESTj", yapper with no substance
Jung "Te": lead rational orientating towards the "object", but why Te, relies on heartless "facts" = not "Fe"
under Jung function driven MBTI: TeSiNeFi, reason Ni Se isn't there, his Te focus in to grounded and the intuition is scattered without much control.

Here is a comparison between Obama and Romney.MBTI truths

Titled "The 2012 Presidential Election."

The writer types Obama as INTP and Romney ISTJ.

Quite a few of my sub-forum dwellers fellate Ayn Rand; which is possible, as I'm sure had one to fellate.
I meant no offense, I know quite few INTJs and they all adore Ayn Rand and I can not stand her. I do find it funny that most of her followers are christians, I don't think they no anything about Rand, sheeple.
Damn you guys are drinking the kool Aid.

Being an ENTJ =/= Sociopathic mastermind.

I do agree with the fact that he is an ESTJ though. One with so little Fi, that it's disgusting.

Is he is an ENTJ, then I am getting to shoot him.

And seriously, compare Joe Biden with Romney. Then ask yourself you question again.
