Wacht the last episode of second season, where they scape of the laboratory, rick start with his inferioir Te, actually is pretty noticiable, he always want to be the leader and want to have the last word.

Fi people can care and protect others as well. You can see his lack of Fe with the fact that he is NEVER warm, and is not particularly diplomatic, either.

I didn't even really know there was another possibility for him, that's what I thought he was as soon as I saw him.

Shane's pretty clearly an ESTx (probably ESTP). He's the type that is still kind of outward directed and hasn't really developed his core; he's kind of scared to go inside himself. (I'm speaking of how he appears only about 10 episodes into the series.)

The Governor comes off as a corrupt Fe-dom to me. He's really good at rallying people together and manipulating them in a way that seems very Fe to me. He has his entire community believing he's some kind, caring leader. He appeals to their emotions and makes them feel secure. I'm going with ENFJ.

You can have lots of Fe and still be evil.

I think her sister Amy was the Fi user(INFP to be exact), I think she defines herself more by a hierarchy of loyalties than some personal and unconditional moral code.

Now he seems like a pretty strong Fi user at least, notice the difference between the way he handles ethics(Fi) vs the way Andrea handles ethics(Fe). He was basically the moral center of the group, not saying Fe users are less moral but Fi users focus more on the content of ethics while Fe users focus more on how those ethics bind groups of people together towards a communal consensus.

I think he could probably be ENTP, could you explain why you think he is ENP instead of INTP, he must be a very sedate ENTP.
Maybe because he is more of a risk taker but INTPs can be risk takers too, especially in situations like this.
