So the inspiration for this thread came out of the blue....I was randomly thinking that I have quite the lethal combo of astrology/personality going on. I'm an ENFP/Aries/Tiger/Fire. Which basically means I'm screwed lol! So I'm very curious about what everyone else's combos are!

Another old thread. Not sure why being born in a certain year month or day has anything to do with your personality.
I don't know. Personality is a hard to define thing. The MBTI isn't a snap shot of your personality but rather a snapshot of 4 ways you prefer to function (in theory anyway).

But astrological signs reveals why people prefer each other. Why children are drawn to a parent with the same elemental sign.

It also reveals why people do not show a preference for people born under an incompatible sign.

There are 4 elements to the zodiac:
Air (Libra, Aquarius, Gemini)
Fire (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius)

Earth (Capricorn, Taurus, Virgo)
Water (Pisces, Cancer, Scorpio)

People born under the same element tend to share viewpoints and often say some of the same things. Its interesting to note the signs of people who gravitate towards each other in conversation. Often they are born under the same elemental sign.

Here's the key:

Earth signs find more commonality with other Earth signs and are also compatible in viewpoints with Water signs. And vice versa.

On the other side of the zodiac, Firesigns share viewpoints with fellow Fire signs and enjoy the company of Air signs and vice versa.

This is a simple overview but its based upon uncanny similarities between the signs.

If you make a mental note of who is getting along 90% of the time, its Earth and Water on one side and Air and Fire on the other.

Crossing over to the incompatible signs makes for very little shared viewpoints and often strong disagreements.
