I have a classmate,at first i find him as my enemy and always love to teas him and we get to know more .that days he always in my dreams and i can't stop thinking of him and i can remember his face everytime and i even wish to stop visualising him in my mind.it take long time to realise that i was fallen deep in love . i can see him still in my dreams and i know how he looks and i still can hear his song in my mind but i find hard to visualise his face..but i can recognize him but i try to visualise i fail for it.i can remember everyone else's face

Shit, I wanna respond but it just feels kinda empty knowing that the bulk of this thread is 4 years old. I hate that.

I’m 24 and I have this problem I find it so hard to picture my girlfriends face and voice. It’s sad because I never can remember any good memories of us as she is blurred in my mind and it only happens with her. It’s really messes with my anxiety and depression I don’t know if it’s cause because of the anxiety and depression or if it’s just a psychological thing? It’s been going on for over 8 months now and it’s really upsetting me as I also have racing thoughts about my girlfriend every minute of everyday so the fact that she’s blurred makes my life hell. I really don’t understand how people with the same problem as me are ok with it? Like not being able to picture my partner or hear her voice is so sad. I do recognize her when I see her in person and online but whens she’s not with me it’s really hard. I just want it to end so I can have a normal life again. Not being able to picture my girlfriend also leave me feeling numb about her as all the good memories are block therefor I don’t feel happy when I’m not with her because I don’t remember what it was like.
