Are you the Protectors of this World? I Herald Galactus

I found the casting choice for Reed Richards (“Mr. Fantastic”) disappointing in terms of typology. However, I haven’t watched the movie yet, so I’m wondering if my opinion is biased.

The new Reed Richards, whose actor comes across as an ESTJ Type 6—such as 6w9, 6w3, etc.—strikes me as neither an NTJ nor a 5w1, 5w8, 7w8, or 7w1. “Mr. Fantastic,” a man whose intelligence is matched only by his thirst for knowledge, doesn’t seem well represented by this type. Any thoughts?

Is Reed Richards (“Mr. Fantastic”) going downhill from actor Ioan Gruffudd? By comparison, the previous Reed Richards actor displayed much more of an ENTJ 258 personality. An ENTJ 2-5-8 is far more fitting for this role, as ENTJ truly value intelligence, and the enneagram sounds right.

Reed + Susan || Better than me

OK, I admit it: MBTI isn’t very important when casting an actor (unless you’re aiming to go stellar in some ways). So, where MBTI isn’t to be taken into account—because the actor’s skills can make up for it—shouldn’t the Enneagram be important instead?

There’s something off, but it might also be because Pascal seems high in neuroticism on the Big Five, or perhaps his cultural background or political views don’t align with my perception of the character. I’m not sure I can pinpoint exactly what feels wrong here.

By the way, I have nothing against this other version of Reed Richards with actor John Krasinski. I do think he is also a great match and an interesting re-invention for the character.
