I think any two types can be a good match as long as there is a mutual understanding of each other's wants and needs. There are pros and cons to every matching and it all depends on what each person wants from the relationship. Before I write any more, this is all based on opinion so don't expect anything concrete.
To base it on the type's goals and motivations specifically though, ISFJ and ESTP can be beneficial for both parties. The ESTP are pretty much the doers of this world and they love to take action to pursue whatever they desire. The ISFJ, on the other hand likes to heavily prepare beforehand and make sure to understand most of the prominent risks before taking action. Although this sounds like a bad match because of the directions that each party takes, it allows balance in taking action. The ISFJ can inform the ESTP of actions that simply aren't worth the risk and the ESTP can pull the ISFJ from being stuck in thought and not doing anything. The ISFJ and ESTP both seek harmony in their own different ways. However, with similar goals, different strategies can be used to get there (if both parties are willing to compromise).
Based on the functions of the two, ISFJ with their dominant Si and ESTP with their dominant Se can be a tough thing to integrate, but if they are used properly (stated above), then it can be a great grouping. Because ESTPs and ISFJs both use Ti and Fe in different order of importance (auxiliary vs. tertiary), they can help each other develop their respective opposites by simply being together and learning from their experiences (as both parties are experience-based learners).
Anyways, I hope this helps.
