I would say INTJ and ESFP respectively..they definitely seem like opposites.
Kobe's strategic approach to basketball clashed with Shaq's impulsive approach to basketball.

But hey..despite whatever squabbles they had, they managed to win championships together, :proud:

Also while both are very motivated to be "the best" in basketball, Shaq loves the spotlight a lot more while, for Kobe, the spotlight seems moreso a "necessary evil".

Shaq's a pretty clear cut ESFP. I think I might go ISTP for Kobe. I could believe him as an Ni user, but I see more signs of Ti rather than Te from him. His inferior Fe is pitifully underdevoloped, and he has a pretty well devoloped intuition. That's my hypothesis anyway.

ISTP could work for Kobe-especially from a cognitive function standpoint. I guess I saw him as too work-oriented to be a Perceiving type..but a P-type can take something he or she is passionate about very seriously, which is obviously the case with Kobe.

I'd say Kobe handles the spotlight in this situation better than Shaq. He just sounds and looks awkward, specially with his hoarse voice and all.
I agree that Kobe handles the spotlight better in that situation, he's a lot more cool/calm/collected but Shaq seems to enjoy it more..not just in this video but in general.

Kobe's all about precision which could be a trait of Ti, and also Se, since we're talking about a physical endeveour.
