Posting some of my thoughts and contemplated posts, I've already made here to pull from.
A memo to @Crowbo because I also need to be reminded of this.
Try not to give those voices so much power; I know it’s easier said than done. It’s all too easy to let the whispers of doubt and judgment fill the spaces where self-worth should thrive. So many people occupy our minds, renting space without ever investing in the rent of our lives. They flit in and out, barely sparing us a thought while we replay their opinions like a broken record.
Instead, concentrate on the beauty of things you know to be true. The laughter of friends who genuinely care, those bonds that ride out the storms and shine in the sun. Remember the way their eyes light up at your presence, the warmth of their support when the world feels cold. Those are the friendships that deserve your focus, not the shadows of those who linger without purpose. And then there’s nature, your refuge, where you capture fleeting moments through the lens of your camera. Each photograph tells a story, a dew-kissed petal, a sunset bleeding into the horizon, a solitary tree standing proud against the winds. These images hold truth; they remind you of the peace and beauty that exist beyond the clamor of doubt.
The rest? It’s just background noise.
