I think I’m an ISTP 4w5 but I’ve heard this combination is unusual/rare so what would an ISTP 4w5 be like?

Bo burnham would be good to observe. He's an INTP 4w5. I guess it's rare as the functions are normally set in their preferences. So enneagram 4 is related heavily to self expression and is most heavily used by primary or secondary Fi users. It's not technically impossible for any type to be any enneagram, it just has to be in conflict with their main functions.
You usually see these odd pairings in mentally ill people, or people who've had traumatic experiences.
