I've taken the MBTI test in multiple places at different times, read about the cognitive functions etc. I read all the descriptions, looked at famous INTPs and INTJs and I'm still confused. You name it, I've tried it. And I still don't know which one I am! It doesn't matter that much to me, I'm just curious. I took the cognitive functions test and got:
I am definitely (and always have been) and introvert, but I think there must be something wrong with these tests. I'm naturally curious about things in an abstract way but am also incredibly impatient and judgmental. So on the one hand, I could be an INTP (for many reasons, not going to list all of them) but also have strong opinions on stuff. Furthermore, despite this test result, I don't think I have any Fe, I'd definitely put Fi third in line (behind thinking and intuition).
I appreciate that this topic has been brought up many times, but after reading previous threads on PerC and other forums I still don't have the answer! This has lead me to conclude that perhaps MBTI is too specific with what constitutes a particular type.
