I'm not sure myself, my ENTJ friend simply haven't shown any w2 signs. Generally taking, I'd say ENTJ 1w2 is more involved with people than 1w9s. ENTJs 1w9 are probably more reserved but not less active.

I guess that ENTJ 1w9 leading style would then be like "leading by example while maintaining the general consensus", while 1w2 would be "leading by example while encouraging/motivating others". Makes sense that for 1w2 you would have to interact a lot more with people.

However, now I am not sure about my enneagram (again)
