Michael - ENFP. His overall style and particularly his sense of humor (off the wall, use of personas, frequently jumping from one thing to the other and making connections) is ridiculously Ne and he's not a Fe user because he has no awareness of how others perceive him. He dislikes dipping into his Te because he sees himself as the "fun boss" but can do so if necessary.
Dwight - ESTJ. He's pretty clearly a Te dom, and I see no Ni whatsoever--he's always wanting things to stay the way they are.
Jim - ENTP. His Ne is obvious as his pranks are typically very unique and "outside-the-box." However, he's more rational than Michael (Ti) and has a far better grasp of social correctness due to tertiary Fe.
Pam - ISFJ. There's clear Si because she's content to stay with the same job for a good portion of her adult life even though she doesn't really enjoy it. The only other option I could see is INFP but I really can't find any aux Ne in her. Also, most INFPs (and ISFPs, the other type I have often seen her typed as) hate rules and structure due to inferior Te (they see it as cramping their style) but Pam seems to take comfort in these. Additionally, her art shows none of the deep sense of emotional connection that Fi-dom art tends to have.
Ryan - ESTP.
Angela - ISTJ.
Oscar - ISTJ, but a far more positive, realistic depiction of one than Angela.
Phyllis - ISFJ.
Andy - It's hard to say for Andy. While at Stamford he seems like an ESTP but after coming to Scranton he becomes more of an ESFP. Or maybe he's somebody who thinks he has strong Fe but actually doesn't.
Kevin - ISFP. Obvious Fi (very sensitive and a nice guy, if a bit slow).
Creed - INTP. Has the Ti-Ne "oddness." However, he seems to be completely lacking in Fe because he appears to have no ability to read social cues whatsoever.
Toby - ISFJ.
Stanley - ISTP. Has the classic "don't give a fuck" attitude stereotypically associated with ISTPs.
Meredith - I don't really know. ESTP would be my best guess.
Darrell - ISTP.
Karen - ISFJ, but with better-developed tertiary Ti than Pam.
Holly - INFP. A lot like Michael, but more emotionally aware and empathetic due to the fact that Fi, rather than Ne, is her dominant function.
Jan - ENTJ.

I just finished the show and did as many people I could think of. Many people have different opinions and it is understandable especially since the characters change so much in the show.
